Supervisor - Premium Accessories | New Store Opening | Location: Cotswold Designer Outlet, Gloucestershire
Pay: £13.00 per hour + Bonus | Part-time | 24 Hours
Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a popular accessories brand that's all about confidence, quality, and customer connection. We're opening a beautiful new store at Cotswold Designer Outlet and are looking for a Supervisor who's ready to take the next step in their retail career.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily retail store operations
Leading by example on the shop floor to deliver standout customer service
Coaching and motivating the team to exceed sales and service goals
Maintaining high visual merchandising standards
Acting as a keyholder and taking responsibility for opening/closing when needed
What we look for in a Supervisor:
You've got experience in a retail supervisor/keyholder role (ideally in fashion or accessories)
You're confident, reliable, and calm under pressure
You love retail and bring a genuine passion for delivering great service
You're a natural team player who brings energy and positivity to every shift
Supervisor Responsibilities:
£13.00 per hour + bonus
