Supervisor | Premium Retail | Derry | Salary up to £31,000 + Bonus (35k ote)
We're searching for an experienced Supervisor to join a high-end retail environment, where quality, service, and customer experience are at the heart of everything we do. As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day operations. You'll help drive sales, lead by example on the shop floor, and ensure that every customer enjoys a personalised, first-class shopping experience.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
Support with the daily running of the store, acting as a keyholder and senior team member on shift
Lead by example on customer service, product knowledge, and brand representation
Motivate and guide the team to exceed sales and service targets
Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
Assist with stock management, replenishment, and compliance with operational procedures
