Powder Coating Supervisor – Manufacturing | Up to £16.50ph DOE
Location: Todmorden
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm | Friday 8:00am–3:30pm
Pay Rate: £14.00 – £16.50 per hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary ongoing
Are you an experienced Powder Coater with a strong background in manufacturing and team leadership? We’re looking for a Powder Coating Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure high-quality output across our busy coating department.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise all powder coating operations and personnel
*
Maintain strict adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and production targets
*
Monitor quality of finished goods and resolve issues as they arise
*
Communicate job discrepancies and operational updates to the Production Manager
*
Optimise productivity through line setup, layout improvements, and workflow efficiencies
*
Oversee equipment usage and coordinate maintenance needs
*
Ensure accurate job tracking through Kiosk log-ins
*
Foster a clean, safe, and organised working environment
*
Actively support continuous improvement initiatives across the department
Requirements:
*
3+ years of powder coating experience (manual spraying and auto reciprocator essential)
*
Proven leadership within a manufacturing environment
*
Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, machinery, and quality control
*
Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and organisational skills
*
