What you'll be doing
Getting involved in daily operations, from tills and deliveries to floor moves and visual presentation.
Being an active, positive presence on the shop floor - leading by example and supporting your colleagues.
Supporting the team to drive sales and performance across the store.
Leading, coaching, and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service every day.
Taking ownership of key departments - ensuring standards, merchandising, and stock levels are always on point. What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Keyholder in a busy retail environment.
A commercial approach - someone who understands how great service drives results.
A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to keep calm under pressure.
A passion for customer experience, teamwork, and great-looking stores.
