Job Advertisement: PTS & SSSTS Supervisor with COSS Ticket Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PTS & SSSTS Supervisor with a valid COSS Ticket to join our team. This role involves night work and offers long-term opportunities for the right candidate. Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee night-time rail operations, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and safely.
Lead and manage teams on-site, providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Act as the Controller of Site Safety (COSS), ensuring the safety of all personnel on-site.
Monitor progress and report on project milestones, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, incidents, and safety checks.Qualifications
Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification.
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) qualification.
Current and valid COSS (Controller of Site Safety) ticket.
Proven experience in supervising rail projects, particularly during night shifts.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the rail industry.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
