We're after an experienced Groundworks Supervisor / Ganger to lead a small civils team on a major £850M infrastructure project in the Southamtpn area.
🛠 What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising and working alongside a 3-4 man gang
Overseeing ducting, drainage, and pipe laying works
Ensuring quality, safety, and productivity on site
Coordinating with site management and plant operators
Getting hands-on when needed - this is a working supervisor role
