Essential experience includes:
* A degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or engineering
* Background in Aerospace, Defence, or Advanced Manufacturing
* International experience within high-technology supply chains
Key Skills:
* Driving Supplier Performance using lean tools and methodologies
* Leading capacity audits to identify bottlenecks, resource gaps, and yield issues
* Sub-tier mapping and industrial capability assessments
* Managing a portfolio of suppliers and reporting performance to project teams
* Assessing current vs. future supplier capability to meet delivery demands
* Process mapping, lead-time analysis, and operational diagnostics
