Supply Teaching Assistant (BSL Trained) - North/North West London
Location: North/North West London
Ages: Primary | Early Years
Pay: Weekly pay
JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for BSL-trained Teaching Assistants to work across schools in North/North West London.
You will support deaf pupils and pupils who use British Sign Language.
You will work in different schools when support is needed.
You can choose the days you are available.WHY THIS ROLE

You will:
Use British Sign Language (BSL) to support pupils
Help deaf children access learning
Support communication in the classroom
Work 1:1 or in small groups
Support teachers during lessons
Help pupils understand learning
Promote inclusion and participationWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
BSL qualification (minimum Level 2 preferred, Level 3 or above desirable)
Experience working with children or young people
School, SEN, childcare or youth work experience (preferred but not essential)
Confident using BSL in a school environment
Patient, reliable and adaptable
