Job Description

Our Client is a dynamic, fast-paced Fresh Produce importer and grower supplying a variety of customers, with an exciting portfolio of Fresh Food Products. We offer the opportunity of Supply Chain Account Manager to join the team.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the position of Supply Chain Account Manager will work closely with allocated retail customers to ensure the smooth flow of fresh produce product supply through effective management of purchase orders, stock sheets, raw material allocation, and honest & open communication with the customer.

Key responsibilities;
Ensure all processes and documentation are accurate
Review daily raw material stock levels via stock sheets
Physical stock checks, within their packing facility
Monitor & investigate stock movements and record data accurately on the ERP system
Ensure that all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are accurately documented and maintained

Work with colleagues and partnering departments effectively, increasing more accurate stock usage data

We require;
Experience in a supply chain / commercial focused position, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Excellent IT skills, with experience on ERP systems
Fresh Produce / Food / FMCG exposure highly advantageous
Experience of stock control / stock management

Attention to detail & precise numeracy ability

Salary; Competitive
Hours; Mon - Fri
Location: Essex, commutable from Hertfordshire
