We are looking for high-energy, switched-on candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced and pressurised environment. This is a busy and fast paced role within the companies’ busiest teams.
We are looking for somebody who is eager to join a busy team in a fast-moving business. This would ideally suit somebody who has been in a similar role for 3-5 years with excellent skills on Excel.

Key Responsibilities
* Processing new contracts received from Commercial colleagues
* Buying foreign currency and allocating currency against supplier invoices
* Adding contracts to the system/sending order confirmations to customers and suppliers
* Planning production with the supplier
* Liaising with the supplier and customers:
* Tracking orders of products from shipment to deliver
* Sending regular update to customer
* Raising letters of credit for supplier’s weekl
* Track new product
* Produce weekly stock report
* Update Arrival V licence sheet & clear bond actio
* Sending customer invoice
* Stock forecasti
* Work with other teams within the business to ensure a cohesive approach
* General administration and office support
Person Specific:
* 3-5 years + in a supply chain/ order processing/ sales support role
* Must have excellent Excel skills, intermediate to advanced (will be working with multiple linked spreadsheets daily)
* Has high accuracy and attention to detail (crucial)
* Somebody with an analytical mindset and strong organisational and verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Has a problem-solving attitude
* Has the ability to multitask effectively and enjoys working with numbers
* Be competent in use of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint
* Has a Driving licence
