We’re seeking an organised, detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist for a 3–4 month temporary contract with potential extension.

What you’ll be doing
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Supply Chain Expeditor and wider team
* Review and manage the Progress Queue daily, ensuring urgent and general tasks are actioned within deadlines
* Update and review the KPI spreadsheet weekly, analysing performance and identifying improvement opportunities
* Communicate overdue order updates to customers via phone and email with clear, concise details
* Liaise with UK Supply & Planning teams to obtain up-to-date product information and confirm delivery dates
* Expedite overdue orders and proactively manage the future fails list to prevent delays
* Support with supplier purchase order tracking, quotations, and lead-time requests
* Cover the Expeditor role when required, ensuring operational continuity
* Assist the Operational Support Executive and other team members with supplier queries and ad-hoc tasks
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations
What we’re looking for
* Strong Excel skills and is confident handling data
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment
* Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
* Communicates clearly and professionally across departments and with customers
* Has previous administrative or supply chain experience (preferred but not essential)
What you’ll get
* Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
* Contract: 3–4 months with the potential to extend
* Hybrid working: 2–3 days from home after training
* Start date: 29th September 2025
