Role: Supply Chain Admin
Location: Burgess Hill (Hybrid - 3 days office based)
Hours: Full-time, 12-month contract (inside IR35)
Pay: £17 - £19 per hour PAYE or £22 - £24.45 per hour Umbrella
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Admin to join one of our clients, a global organisation based in Burgess Hill.

The Requirements:
Previous experience in supply chain administration (essential)
Strong working knowledge of SAP (highly desirable)
Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Confident IT skills, including Excel and reporting tools
The Role:
Provide day-to-day support across supply chain operations
Manage purchase orders and resolve queries in SAP
Ensure data entry and master data management is accurate and up to date
Support material set-up, amendments, and updates in systems
Monitor supply chain processes to ensure smooth order-to-invoice flow
Liaise with internal teams to resolve supply issues and support operational efficiency
Contribute to continuous improvement within the supply chain function
