Lead and develop the Purchasing & Inventory team
Manage supplier onboarding and maintain strong relationships
Oversee inventory control to align with business goals
Drive operational efficiency and compliance with health & safety standards
Prepare forecasts and analyse data to support decision-making Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
2-3 years of department management experience
5+ years in purchasing & inventory control, preferably in wholesale distribution
3+ years of global product sourcing experience
Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and intermediate-advanced Excel Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience in data-driven decision-making and data analytics
Knowledge of supplier contract execution and compliance processes
