Must haves:
* Experience within the food or drink sector.
* Strong IT and administration skills, numeracy, and good English.
* Customer service focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to manage multiple priorities.
* Team player with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Able to analyse data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Experienced with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Nice to haves:
* Knowledge of supply chain, inventory and logistics.
* Experience with planning and forecasting.
* Skilled in Excel and supply chain software (e.g., SAP).
* Strong knowledge of FMCG operations.
* CIPS Level 2 qualified.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service with a professional approach
* Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure supply chain continuity
* Analyse data and market trends to forecast product demand
* Manage transportation, storage, and stock movements between depots
* Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
* Resolve stock issues and support sales and account managers
* Make cost-effective purchasing decisions to maximise margin
* Promote health & safety, food safety, and ESG practices
* Ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance

* Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm
* Based in Cheltenham with free on-site parking
