Must haves:
* Experience in a Supply Chain role within the food and drink sector.
* Strong knowledge of FMCG operations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Customer service focus with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
* Able to analyse data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
* Strong organisational time management skills and attention to detail.
* Experienced with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Nice to haves:
* CIPS Level 2 qualified.
* Experience with supply chain software.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data modelling).
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service with a professional approach
* Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure supply chain continuity
* Analyse data and market trends to forecast product demand
* Manage transportation, storage, and stock movements between depots
* Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
* Resolve stock issues and support sales and account managers
* Make cost-effective purchasing decisions to maximise margin
* Promote health & safety, food safety, and ESG practices
* Ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance

* Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm
* Based in Cheltenham with free on-site parking
