Job Description
Supply HLTA Primary - East Kent
Academics in Canterbury are looking for a skilled and adaptable Supply HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to support primary schools across East Kent, including Canterbury, Thanet, Dover, Whitstable/Herne Bay, Folkestone, and Hythe.

What you'll do as a Supply HLTA :
Lead whole-class lessons and small group interventions
Support teachers with planning and classroom management
Help create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
Work closely with staff to ensure every child thrivesWhat we're looking for:
Experienced HLTA or equivalent qualification
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Confidence in leading lessons across KS1 and KS2
