We are partnering with a variety of primary and secondary schools across Bradford who need talented individuals to support their students with additional needs. Working as an SEN TA is a crucial role where you will be making a real difference. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing 1:1 or small group support to students with a range of needs (e.g., SEMH, Autism, learning difficulties).
Assisting the class teacher to create an inclusive learning environment.
Building positive and trusting relationships with students.
Helping to manage student behaviour and emotional well-being.What You Will Need:
Experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs is essential.
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
