Hays Education are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work in a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Blackpool.Due to increased demand from our partnership schools, we are looking for qualified teachers who can provide high-quality classroom cover across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Whether you're seeking flexible work to fit around your lifestyle, returning to teaching, or looking to gain experience in a variety of school settings, we have opportunities to suit your needs.
As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in different schools, build your experience, and make a positive impact on pupils' learning without the additional pressures often associated with permanent class teaching roles.
Your new role 

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of year groups
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided
Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and routines
Manage behaviour effectively and promote positive learning experiences
Support pupils in achieving their educational goalsWhat you'll need to succeed 

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within UK primary schools
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Flexible, reliable, and confident working in different school environments
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners
