Are you a qualified teacher who loves variety and flexibility but looking for guaranteed work?
We’re looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team and be apart of our Guaranteed work scheme across fantastic mainstream secondary schools in Bath.
Guaranteed Work Scheme:
The Guaranteed Work Scheme is an arrangement in which the agency provides a minimum level of pay each week, regardless of the availability of assignments, subject to the worker’s agreed availability. In return, the worker commits to accepting suitable placements offered within the specified days and geographical area. This scheme ensures income stability while supporting consistent staffing for the agency’s clients
Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, following school policies.
Support students’ learning and ensure a positive classroom environment.
Adapt quickly to new school settings and build strong rapport with students.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in secondary schools (all subjects considered).
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Flexibility, reliability, and a professional approach.
A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
