About the Role As a Supply Teacher, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of teaching and learning when permanent staff are unavailable. Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 classes. * Managing the classroom effectively to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. * Adapting quickly to new school settings, staff teams, and pupils. * Following each school’s policies, routines, and behaviour systems. * Providing constructive feedback to pupils and ensuring smooth handovers to class teachers.
