We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable qualified Supply Teachers to join our pool of talented educators, ready for assignments with immediate starts or starting in January 2026. About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will vary depending on the specific assignment but will typically include:
Delivering pre-planned lessons effectively and engagingly across a range of subjects and key stages (KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5).
Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive and productive learning environment.
Adapting to the routines and policies of different schools.
Providing feedback to the regular class teacher on student progress and behaviour.
Supervising students during lessons, break times, and other school activities.
Maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Being flexible and adaptable to different school environments and student needs.To be considered you must have experience working as QTS Teacher in the UK.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching in UK secondary schools across a range of subjects and key stages is highly desirable.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff quickly.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings and follow varying school policies.
Reliability and professionalism.
A genuine commitment to the learning and well-being of students.
A valid DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
