 Pay: £150-£170 per day (Umbrella rate)
Veritas Education are working with a welcoming four-form entry primary school in Romford who are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to join their team. The school is seeking flexible teachers to work across Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
About the Role
This role is ideal for experienced primary teachers or strong ECTs who are looking for flexible teaching opportunities within a supportive and well-organised school. You'll deliver engaging lessons, manage the classroom effectively, and ensure that all pupils are supported to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities
Teach classes across Reception, KS1 or KS2, following lesson plans provided
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, positive learning environment
Deliver creative and engaging lessons that motivate and inspire pupils
Work collaboratively with staff and contribute to the wider life of the school
Mark work and provide feedback where required (for longer-term placements)Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in primary schools (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
Strong classroom management skills
Flexibility, reliability and a proactive attitude
