SUPPLY TEACHERS NEEDED - DAVENTRY
Mainstream Secondary & SEN Schools | Local Placements | Supported by Tradewind Recruitment
Tradewind Recruitment is expanding its team of dedicated Supply Teachers to support the growing number of mainstream and SEN schools across Daventry. If you're looking for flexible work, variety in your day-to-day role, and the opportunity to develop professionally, this could be the perfect opportunity.
You do NOT need prior teaching experience to apply. What matters most is your confidence, communication skills, and your ability to build rapport with students. If you come from a background where you've led groups, supported people, or managed challenging situations, your skills are highly transferable. We particularly welcome those with experience in:
Sports Coaching
Theatre, Drama or Performing Arts
Youth Work, Care or Support Services
Police or Public Sector Roles
As a supply teacher, you'll visit a range of welcoming Daventry schools-both secondary and SEN-taking on daily cover bookings with pre-planned lessons. Your role is to guide students through the work, maintain a positive learning environment, and bring your own energy and character to the classroom.
