Mainstream Secondary & SEN Schools | Flexible Daily Bookings | Full Training & CPD Provided
Are you passionate about supporting young people and interested in a flexible, rewarding role within local schools? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic, resilient and adaptable Supply Teachers to support a range of fantastic mainstream secondary schools and specialist SEN settings across Northampton.
Whether you're an experienced educator or completely new to classroom settings, we want to hear from you. Thanks to our robust training pathways and ongoing professional development opportunities, we can fully prepare you for life in the classroom. You'll receive access to National College CPD, as well as in-person introductory training, ideal for candidates who haven't worked directly in a school before. From behaviour management techniques to understanding safeguarding and SEN needs, we ensure you feel confident and supported from day one.
Daily bookings are available in welcoming, well-managed schools where staff value teamwork, communication and a calm, consistent approach. You'll be covering pre-set work, supporting students with their learning, and ensuring a positive classroom environment.
We welcome candidates with transferable skills, even if you haven't taught before. This includes backgrounds such as:
Sports Coaching
Drama, Musical Theatre or Performing Arts
Support Work / Youth Work
Police or Public Services
Care Work / Mentoring
