Simply be prepared to take a call from 7am, and we’ll handle the rest. About the role As a Supply Teacher, you’ll step into classrooms to deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain strong behaviour management, and ensure students remain focused and engaged. You’ll bring your subject knowledge, clarity, and calm leadership to each class, ensuring continuity of learning when the regular teacher is absent. This role gives you the freedom to experience different schools, year groups, and departments, while still using your teaching expertise to support students across the curriculum.
