We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming secondary schools in Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, and Henley-on-Thames. Opportunities are available across all subject specialisms, with immediate starts and ongoing assignments throughout the academic year.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 opportunities may also be available).
Follow school lesson plans or confidently deliver your own where required.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
Adapt quickly to different school settings and build positive relationships with students and staff.
Maintain high standards of teaching and professionalism.

We Are Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS or equivalent) or experienced unqualified teachers with relevant classroom experience.
Experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
Strong classroom management skills.
Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
A genuine passion for supporting young people in their education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
