Cover Supervisor – Windsor & Maidenhead
Full-Time | September Start | Secondary Schools
Are you looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive secondary school environment? We are recruiting a proactive Cover Supervisor to work across schools in Windsor and Maidenhead from September 2025.
The Role:
Supervise lessons across a range of subjects in the teacher’s absence
Ensure students remain engaged and on task
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support with administrative tasks and lesson resources as needed
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Previous experience working with young people (e.g., school, youth work, tutoring)
✅ Confident managing behaviour and motivating students
✅ Flexible and adaptable across subjects and year groups
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
