Primary Supply Teachers – Brigg & Surrounding Areas Start Date: September 2025 Location: Brigg, Scunthorpe, Caistor, and nearby villages Pay: £120–£140 per day (depending on experience) Availability: Flexible – 3 to 5 days per week Are you a qualified primary teacher looking for more flexibility in your working week? Whether you're balancing other commitments or just prefer variety, supply teaching could be a great fit. Teaching Personnel is working with a growing number of friendly and supportive primary schools across the Brigg area. We’re currently looking for enthusiastic and adaptable teachers who can offer short-term supply cover in EYFS, KS1 and KS2. What the role involves: Delivering engaging, planned lessons (or bringing your own resources if needed) Covering different classes across local schools – no two days are the same! Following school policies, managing the classroom, and marking work Leaving clear handover notes for the returning teacher Opportunities for long-term roles if you’re interested You’ll need to: Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have experience teaching in EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 Be confident managing behaviour in different classroom settings Be available for at least 2 days a week Have access to transport and be happy to travel up to 30 minutes for work What we offer: Weekly pay (paid directly to your bank – no umbrella companies) A friendly consultant who listens to what you want Full control of your availability through your online diary Access to free and subsidised CPD training The chance to try different schools and year groups before committing Whether you’re an ECT or an experienced teacher, we’d love to hear from you.
