Are you a teacher looking for flexible work in local schools? GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for friendly and reliable Supply Teachers to work in schools in and around Boston. This is a great way to gain experience, choose when you work, and make a real difference to young learners.
Main Responsibilities:
Teach lessons in the absence of the usual class teacher
Follow lesson plans and make sure learning continues smoothly
Keep students focused, safe, and engaged during lessons
Work with staff to support the learning environment
Maintain classroom routines and manage behaviour well
What You’ll Need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Some teaching experience in the UK (preferred)
Good classroom and behaviour management skills
A flexible and positive approach to work
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
Ready to take on both short-term and long-term roles
Please keep in mind that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
