Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and adapt as needed to meet student needs
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
Support students with their learning and encourage active participation
Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity and consistency in learningIdeal Candidate
Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (or strong classroom experience)
Confident managing behaviour and engaging students across different subjects
Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to new environments
Familiar with the Melksham area and local transport routes
