Job Description
ABC are currently looking to recruit Primary Teachers for the Dudley and Sandwell area to work both on day to day supply as well as long-term supply teaching work.
We're looking for teachers who can be flexible in year groups and are keen to work in a range of schools.
Supply works well for ECT's who are looking for new oportunities and experiences in different schools, however it also works well for semi retired Teachers who want to keep a toe in teaching!
As a Supply Teacher you will-
Work in different primary schools in Dudley and Sandwell based on your preferences and availability
Cover lessons when Teachers are absent
Cover Teacher PPA time (Where work is already set and left!)
Work closely with the class TA to best understand the pupils in the class.
What you will need to be successful;
Reliability and punctuality
Understanding of different pupils needs and how to support them
Caring and nurturing approach
A can do attitude and an eagerness to develop your skills
Good behaviour management.

Requirements
To be considered for the primary teacher position, you will:
Hold QTS (ECTs/NQTs welcome)
Have recent, relevant, referenceable experience.
Be ready to commit to your classroom, pupils and school for the foreseeable future.
Have the ability to engage with various abilities with strong communication skills.
