About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups. These roles are perfect for teachers who enjoy flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real difference in multiple school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Adapting to different school settings with confidence and professionalism
• Building strong relationships with students and staff
• Contributing to the school community and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
What We’re Looking For:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent – ECTs are highly encouraged to apply
• A flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and adaptability
• A genuine passion for supporting young people’s education
