🔍 The Role:
As a Supply Teacher, your role can vary depending on your preferences and the school, and may include:
Delivering engaging lessons (or supervising pre-set work)
Creating a positive learning environment
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Supporting pupil progress and engagement
Planning and marking (for long-term roles if desired)
Following school policies on safeguarding and behaviour
✅ Requirements:
QTS or relevant UK teaching experience
Experience working with children in a school setting
