Your Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students in lessons across a range of subjects Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions, including supporting students with SEN Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities Encourage student confidence, independence, and achievement Support behaviour management and student wellbeing throughout the school day Why Join This School? What We're Looking For Experience working with young people in a school, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or similar setting A genuine passion for education and supporting students to succeed Strong communication and relationship-building skills A patient, adaptable, and positive approach GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) TA qualifications are desirable but not essential Why Teaching Personnel?
