As a supply TA, you will
• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Work one-on-one or with small groups of pupils, including those with SEN
• Contribute to a positive, nurturing atmosphere in the classroom
• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and routines
• Be open to learning and collaboration
