We’re searching for enthusiastic and reliable Supply TAs to join our team and support our outstanding partner schools across Cheshunt. About the Role:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll step into vibrant primary schools across the borough, providing essential classroom support in EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. You’ll assist teachers in creating engaging lessons, support pupils with their learning and development, and be a key presence in the classroom—whether in mainstream or SEN settings.
You choose your schedule—work as often as suits you! We work with a diverse range of schools in Cheshunt, giving you the chance to explore different settings and year groups while developing your skills and confidence.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting
• A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to jump into different classrooms
• An interest or background in SEN support is a real bonus
• Ability to communicate effectively with pupils and staff alike
