Job Description
Staff for Education are proud to be working in partnership with many Primary Schools in the Mansfield area and we are currently recruiting for Primary Teaching Assistants for day to day, short term and long term supply roles to start as soon as possible.
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the class teacher during lessons
• Working with small groups of pupils or on a 1 to 1 basis
• Running small group exercises
• Ensuring students understand the lessons and work they are completing
• Providing regular feedback to students and the class teacher
To be successful for the role, you must:
• Have a recognised Teaching Assistant Qualification/experience
• Have previous experience working within a school environment
• Have a passion for working with young people and enhancing their learning
