Your Role as a Supply Teaching Assistant:
Support teaching and learning in the classroom on a short-term or day-to-day basis

Provide support to pupils with SEN, behavioural needs, or EAL where required
Be a reliable, enthusiastic presence that schools can count on
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people in educational, childcare, or similar settings
A proactive and confident approach to working in new and varied environments
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Teaching Assistant qualifications (Level 2/3) are desirable but not essential
