What We’re Looking For
• Experience supporting children with SEN is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt to different school environments and year groups
• A calm, positive, and resilient attitude
• A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential
