Supply Teaching Assistant - TA3 | East Lancashire
 Flexible cover work across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 | Must have 6+ months classroom experience

Are you a qualified TA3 Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in local primary schools? Join Veritas Education and take on varied and rewarding supply roles across East Lancashire, including Blackburn, Accrington and Darwen.

We're looking for confident and adaptable TA3s to cover short-term absences, PPA time, and provide targeted classroom support. Whether you're available full-time or a few days a week, we have flexible opportunities to suit your schedule.

What you'll be doing:

Covering lessons during PPA or staff absence - delivering prepared plans
Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Leading small group interventions or whole-class activities
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a calm, positive learning environment
Working closely with class teachers and other support staff to ensure continuity for pupilsWhat we're looking for:

TA3 qualification and at least 6 months experience in a primary classroom
Confident leading groups or covering full classes using provided lesson plans
A flexible, positive approach and the ability to adapt to different school settings
Good communication skills and a calm, professional presence
