About the Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will enjoy a rewarding, dynamic, and flexible role where you will:
Deliver engaging lessons across a range of local schools
Work primarily with pre-prepared lesson plans (with opportunities to bring your own resources)
Benefit from strong support within some of Cambridgeshire’s top schools
Work standard school hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm
Choose your working days—from 1 to 5 days per week
Whether you prefer short-term supply, long-term placements, or something more permanent, full-time or part-time, we’ll help you find the perfect fit.
We also offer a Guaranteed Pay Scheme for qualifying candidates—meaning you get paid even on days you aren’t placed!
Requirements
To join our team, you must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Availability of at least one day per week
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
All successful applicants will undergo a thorough vetting process, including enhanced DBS checks (registered on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one).
