Job Description

Support Co-ordinator Diss ( own transport essential ) Starting £15 per hour Full-Time 40 hours per week | Permanent Shifts: • One long day shift per week as Shift Lead • Remaining hours off-rota supporting compliance and operational coordination Join a specialist residential service supporting adults with severe and enduring mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and cognitive impairments. This is a varied and stable role combining compliance, coordination and hands-on care within a structured and supportive team environment. The Role You will support the Registered Manager and Management Team with the smooth running of the home, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective case management coordination and strong workforce processes. You will act as a central point of contact for staff, support documentation and audits, and provide operational support on shift to maintain continuity and quality of care. The role combines administrative, organisational and leadership responsibilities, including acting as Shift Lead for at least one long day per week. Requirements • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (minimum) • Experience in an administrative, coordination or support role (health or social care desirable) • Strong organisational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and electronic care systems • Understanding of compliance and governance in regulated services • Full manual driving licence and access to own transport (essential) • Right to work in the UK (s p o n s o r s h i p not available) Benefits • Competitive hourly rate • Ongoing training and development • Clear progression opportunities into leadership roles • Supportive management structure • Stable, values-led service • Varied role combining operational and compliance experience If you are interested, please apply Applications will be reviewed within 24 hours
