An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Support Manager to lead two Supported Living locations in Market Weighton, supporting adults with disabilities and mental health needs to live fulfilling and independent lives.
The services are CQC regulated and focused on delivering person-centred support, with the successful candidate responsible for providing strong leadership across both locations and ensuring consistently high standards of support and compliance.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager with a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, or someone willing to work towards one. You will need experience managing multi-site teams and supporting adults with disabilities and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Support Manager:
Inspire and lead teams to deliver consistent, person-centred support and help staff gain confidence in their roles.
Ensure robust support plans are in place and use a variety of communication aids to support adults who may not communicate using words.
Support staff training and development, ensuring employees complete and effectively embed their training.
Maintain compliance across the services, including ensuring rotas are compliant and routines and structures are maintained to promote independence.
Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements.
Work closely with external practitioners and the local authority to meet compliance requirements and deliver consistent, high-quality support.
Build strong relationships with the people supported, staff and external stakeholders.
Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota, which may involve travelling to locations within the division.
Key requirements of a Registered Support Manager:
Experience working as a Registered Manager.
Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards a Level 5.
Experience managing multi-site teams.
Experience working with adults with disabilities and mental health issues.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional outcomes and drive continuous innovation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to use a variety of communication aids.
Experience developing robust support plans.
Experience working across multiple compliance IT platforms is desirable.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
Ability to work full time and participate in an on-call rota.
