Job Title: Support Manager - Shropshire Council (Enable Team)
Location: Shropshire
Contract: Full-time (37 hours per week) | Temporary: 28th July – 24th October 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:
Providing one-to-one and group-based support to clients on their journey into work
Assessing and reviewing referrals to determine suitability for the service
Advising clients on career pathways and employment options
Supporting with job searching, applications, and post-employment retention
Liaising with employers, partner organisations, and referral agencies
Facilitating learning activities and employability workshops tailored to client needsBenefits:
