What you’ll be doing: Supporting learners with vision and sensory needs across the school day Working alongside teachers, therapists and rehabilitation specialists in a truly multi-disciplinary team Encouraging independence and communication through personalised, creative and practical activities Option to take on additional hours within residential, helping students develop life skills in a homely setting What we’re looking for: Experience (or a keen interest) in supporting students with special educational needs Patience, empathy and adaptability—you’ll often be the calm in the storm A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment with therapists and teaching staff A proactive, positive approach to helping young people achieve their potential Why you’ll love this role: Be part of a community that celebrates individuality and values every achievement, no matter how small Join a team that blends teaching with therapy, where support staff are integral to students’ success Opportunities to expand your skills through hands-on experience in both education and residential care Key Info: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30–16:00 (with optional residential shifts for additional hours) Location: Kingston Upon Thames area Start date: Immediate All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
