Primary School Support Staff Needed - Essex
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable support staff to work alongside class teachers in a welcoming and inclusive primary school setting in Essex.
Trial Days Available ASAP
Start Date: Immediate or September 2025
Role Overview:
Assist class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils
Help manage classroom behaviour and routines
Support students with additional needs (where applicable)
Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Enhanced DBS (or willing to undergo one)
