Support Team Leader Reference: STL/LINCOLN/0 Salary: £26,387.29 per annum We're recruiting a Support Team Leader on behalf of one of the UK’s largest independent providers in neuro and mental healthcare, in Lincoln! This is a temporary role with the possibility to become permanent. The service provides specialist post acute rehabilitation, as well as management of long term neurological conditions. They offer a strong focus on therapy, care and quality of life. Flexible, professional, and positive approach. Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards. Sound working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping. Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual. Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations Ability to address and respond to employee issues in a fair and consistent manner.
