Support Worker - BSL Trained
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
Hours: Day shifts (08:00-21:00, 08:00-14:30, 14:30-21:00)
Contract: Temp, Temp-to-Perm, or Permanent
The Role
We're looking for 3x Support Workers with British Sign Language (BSL) skills to join a small residential home in Wolverhampton (max. 4 service users). The service supports individuals with Dementia, Learning Disabilities, and Autism.
Key Duties
Use BSL to support and communicate with service users.
Deliver person-centred care, promoting independence and dignity.
Support daily living, activities, and personal care.
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
About You
BSL trained/qualified - essential.
Experience in Health & Social Care.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (preferred).
