We are looking for a Residential Support Worker to join a dedicated and caring team supporting children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties who have experienced trauma and adversity in a residential care setting. As a Support Worker, you will help create a safe, structured and nurturing environment where children can begin to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work as a Support Worker providing consistent care, emotional support, and guidance
* Support children with daily routines, emotional regulation, and behaviour management
* Use trauma-informed approaches including PACE and DDP models
* Contribute to care planning, daily records, and household duties
Requirements:
* Experience as a Support Worker or in a similar setting preferred
* Understanding of trauma-informed care and child development
* Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
* Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
* Full UK Driving Licence is essential
