Support Worker – Children & Young People
£12.21–£14/hour
Location: Sherfield-on-Loddon
Shifts: Day and Night | Flexible rota-based shifts
Job Type: Temporary - Full-time or Part-time

What You’ll Do:
* Provide daily care, encouragement, and emotional support
* Create a safe, structured, and loving environment
* Support emotional, social, and behavioural development
* Collaborate with families, schools, and professionals
* Promote independence, life skills, and positive routines
* Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding standards
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children, young people, or families (residential/social care experience a plus)
* Calm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
* Relevant qualification (or willingness to work toward one), e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
